Bert Jackson Wicked Trio in Dennis – Music VIDEO

DENNIS – Watching Bert Jackson play guitar is somewhat akin to watching Usain Bolt run while conducting an orchestra. He’s fast, he hits all the notes, and it’s amazing to watch. Even better is listening.

On Saturday night, the Bert Jackson Wicked Trio, packed the Harvest Gallery Wine Bar, a Cape Cod Wave favorite venue, and brought their own version of something like bluesy jazz to the appreciative crowd. The band is Jackson on guitar, Michael Dunford on drums and Roe Osborn on standup bass. Dunford was sitting in for the Trio’s regular drummer, Kareem Sanjaghi.

Here is an original, written by Osborn, that had us singing along in our head, “More Than I Can Chew.”
