CAPE COD – Voter enthusiasm was so high on Cape Cod that shortly before 3 p.m. a police officer outside of Eastham Town Hall told us, “I think the whole town has already voted.”
When we got to Eastham, no one was walking into Town Hall and no one was outside in the brisk weather holding campaign signs.
Same with Provincetown Town Hall late in the afternoon.
We started earlier in the day, in Falmouth and made our way to Hyannis, Yarmouth, and Dennis before heading to the Outer Cape.
Here are a few of the sights we saw on election day.
