He “had to do something” – Celebrating Biden’s Win In Falmouth – VIDEO

FALMOUTH – Gary Weiland was watching TV when the networks began declaring Joe Biden was the president elect. His jaw dropped, he said.

“I had to do something,” declared Weiland, of Falmouth, as he stood on the corner of the Falmouth Village Green waving a Biden/Harris campaign sign at traffic. The announcement had come about one hour earlier.

He received many thumbs up and beeps. One motorcyclist we saw drove by and offered a different finger than the thumb as a salute.

Weiland said the mixed reaction was what he expected.

He came to the Green to celebrate “freedom, intelligence, somebody that’s finally going to take Covid seriously.”
