PLANET EARTH – Christmas is a funny holiday. You get all wrapped up, all dressed up, all liquored up and spend time with your family.
Then you add in religion, traditions, old grudges and new gripes.
And baggage. Lots and lots of baggage.
For some people, just getting through the holiday can be challenging.
But then you look around and see reasons for hope.
Like a colorful wreath on a lighthouse.
Or a Santa on a sled being pulled by reindeer on a Village Green.
Or, oddly enough, the largest raft of ducks ever—floating along with nary a care in the world in a placid Cape Cod pond.
Ain’t life grand?
Cape Cod Wave wishes you a Merry Christmas.
