Graham Hempstead, “The Charlie Song” – Music VIDEO

HYANNIS – This is a very sweet and cool song about a boy missing his deceased dog by Graham Hempstead, who happened to have a dog named, “Charlie” that passed away two years ago.

Hempstead, at 16, played some great covers at the very enjoyable Farmer’s Market at Cape Cod Beer. We especially liked his versions of songs by The Band. But this young professional musician showed he can write as well. Here is his song about about how a black lab named Charlie was once a boy’s best friend.

It is called, “The Charlie Song.”

You Can't Sell Right Field

– A Novel By Brian Tarcy of Cape Cod Wave

“This is a terrific read. Brian Tarcy’s style and sense of humor make it easy reading, while his subject matter is of more importance than most communities realize. If you care about growth in your community and the lack of thoughtful planning, you owe it to yourself to read this thoughtful piece of fiction that is all too real in smaller communities in our country.” YOU CAN’T SELL RIGHT FIELD, A Cape Cod Novel
