Spampinato Brothers In Dennis – Music VIDEO

DENNIS – For his birthday, Johnny Spampinato brought some old friends together to play some of the high-energy infectiously catchy music that is his signature sound.

Saturday’s show at a packed O’Shea’s Olde Inne featured a new lineup for the Spampinato Brothers, who are missing Joey Spampinato while he continues to battle cancer. For Johnny’s birthday, he brought in drummer Marshall Grossman, who Spampinato has known since the 1970s.

In addition, on guitar was Tim Utt, who plays in a band called, Sensible Shoes. Spampinato is producing songs for that band. And on bass, was longtime Cape musician Jay Cournoyer.

This original song is called, “Be Here Now”. We were there then, and it was awesome.

(Apologies for the sound. It was crowded and we were stuck next to a speaker)
