DENNIS – Kami Lyle, Cape Cod’s trumpet-playing charismatic singer, songwriter, and often hilarious between-songs storyteller, mesmerized a packed house at the Harvest Gallery Wine Bar on Sunday night.
Playing at one Cape Cod Wave’s favorite venues, Lyle and her tight band of three having-fun accomplished musicians took the rapt crowd on a musical journey. With Rikki Bates on drums, Tad Price on guitar, and Joey Spampinato on bass to accompany her, Lyle created and then expanded the atmosphere. Music can do that.
