Jukin’ J & The Rockers – “Juke, Jive & Grind” – Music VIDEO

EASTHAM – Jukin’ J & The Rockers are a newly-formed band, only a few months old, who seem to have developed instant chemistry. The band was rocking Stewart’s Seafood on Sunday night with some great blues, soul and rock n’ roll.

The small crowd was appreciative of the group. Frankly, they were a revelation to us.

We had never heard of them and did not know they were playing at Stewart’s when we stopped in for some food after our favorite event of the summer, the Cape Cod  OldTimers Longboard Surfing Classic (story & slide show coming).

So when we walked in and saw Jukin’ J & The Rockers, we thought, Who are these guys? And then, watching and listening, we thought further, Who ARE these guys? Yes, we were very impressed. We think you will be too.

The band is Joe Micarelli on piano, Robert Clinton on bass, Carl Assmus on drums and J Place on harmonica and vocals.
