FALMOUTH – Johnny Hoy & The Bluefish, from Martha’s Vineyard, have been making great music for decades and we at Cape Cod Wave have been following along from even before there was a Cape Cod Wave. We have always loved the original blues from this island band.
Johnny Hoy, on vocals and harmonica, and Jeremy Berlin, on keyboards, have been together for the the many decades of the band, which has played with Bill Clinton and others. The other Bluefish are Kevin Medeiros on drums, and Delanie Pickering on guitar.
Together, they create this great sound and atmosphere and it all is pulled together by Hoy’s soulful voice.
This great song is called, “What’s The Story With Time.” It is on the band’s album, The Dance.
