Sheep Pond Woodlands Trail, Brewster – Slideshow

Sheep Pond Woodlands Trail, Brewster
Written by Brian Tarcy

BREWSTER – I recently discovered the spectacular Sheep Pond Woodlands Trail, a really cool 1.4 mile hike near the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path.

I had seen Sheep Pond before, but not the Sheep Pond Woodlands Trail, which took me to a tiny beach where I found someone heading out on a stand-up paddle tour of the lake.

Later I found three kids, ages 13 and 14, living their best life by traveling these woods on motorized vehicles. Every once in a while I find some kids who are smart enough to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. Not a cell phone in sight.

All in all, Sheep’s Pond is a really good hike.
