“Remo Is A Dreamer,” Music VIDEO – The Value Leaders at Oysterfest

WELLFLEET -It had been quite a while since the last time I saw one of my favorite musicians, Johnny Spampinato and his band, The Value Leaders, play live.

It was so long ago, pre-Covid, that the band actually went by a different name, The Spampinato Brothers.

Well, the pandemic is fading and this new band, The Value Leaders, has a new CD out called, “Remo Is A Dreamer.” In this video they play the title song, which they performed at the Wellfleet Oysterfest.

The Value Leaders were Saturday’s headline act at Oysterfest and they put on a heck of a show. Mixing originals with pulled-from-the-vault covers of lesser known great songs, the tight, fun band had the crowd on their feet.

The Value Leaders feature Spampinato on guitar and vocals, Jay Courneyer on bass and vocals, Mark Usher on guitar and vocals, and Sam Wood on drums and vocals.
