BREWSTER – The Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, in a little stretch at mile 9 near the center of Brewster, proved that even on a gray winter day with no ocean in sight, Cape Cod is interesting step by step.
We found some stars on the path, a scattering of red leaves and a tunnel underpass that echoed as we walked through. And then as the sun was setting, we found a path which led to a pond. We do not know the name of the pond.
