FALMOUTH – Normally, we don’t recommend taking the advice of stupid people. But I stupidly went outside and took these pictures. And my advice is, don’t go out there.
But here’s the interesting thing. Whereas the rest of Cape Cod is covered with enough snow to fill Nebraska, Megansett Beach in North Falmouth was almost barren of snow. Instead, it seemed to have an extra layer of bone-chilling cold. It takes effort to look for beatiful things in this kind of weather. In fact, it takes a special kind of stupid.
If anyone finds some fingers next summer at the beach – those were mine.
