Daniel Byrnes Band, “Satisfied” – Music VIDEO

SANDWICH – One of the first acts Cape Cod Wave was told we had to check out when we started covering local music was the Daniel Byrnes Band, which has had different members but always the same great singer/songerwriter at the front, the namesake of the band.

We had seen and been impressed by Byrnes before, but it had been a while. We’re sure glad we came back to see him again because Friday night’s show at the British Beer Company in Sandwich was fantastic.

Byrnes brought along Matt Buonomo on bass and Josh Hamblin on drums for a number of great covers and originals, including this one, “Satisfied,” which started as sort of a smoky bluesy number but by the end turned into an electric performance by Byrnes on both vocals and guitar.
