Spring Cleanup At Linnell Landing Beach, Brewster – VIDEO

BREWSTER – Linnell Landing Beach is ready for summer. Under the watchful eye of a child’s kite, the Brewster Department of Public Works made sure of it.

In all 15 Cape Cod towns, employees of the municipal Department of Public Works are the unsung heroes of summer.

It’s easy for the rest of us to take for granted what they do, which is to make summer easier.

For instance, at Linnell Landing Beach in Brewster, we found three Brewster DPW employees clearing the pathway to the beach, straightening signs, and doing other general maintenance that most of us do not notice.

We noticed.
