Cape Cod Rail Trail; Beautiful On A Gray Day

Harwich Bike Path
Written by Brian Tarcy

HARWICH – On a recent gray afternoon, we found beauty along the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. We parked in Brewster and headed towards Harwich on foot.

It was easy to social distance as the bike path was mostly empty. We did see one person walking by a cranberry bog, but otherwise the bike path was mostly our own private road.

Not only did we see the bog, but we also had great views of three ponds, Seymour Pond, Long Pond and Hinckleys Pond.

And so even on a gray day, Cape Cod was showing off.
