Psychedelic Snow, Sand & Sea At Mashpee Town Beach

Mashpee Town Beach

MASHPEE – While it seemed that every person on Cape Cod was required by law to go to the grocery store in the hours before the blizzard, we found ourselves staring in awe at the show put on by the movement of the sea mixing with the sand and snow on Mashpee Town Beach.

It moved. Moment by moment it changed and the flying snow made it even more interesting. But it was cold so we wandered on Dead Neck Trail to the state jetty where we saw a timely sign reminding us that all public nudity is prohibited. Damn, we thought. There goes that plan.

So we just took pictures.
