Bert Jackson in Dennis: “Saint John” – Music VIDEO

DENNIS – Bert Jackson has a Quartet, a Wicked Trio and this cool duet version of his music with keyboard player, Mark Borgmann.

Jackson, who has some of the fastest guitar fingers around, brought his duet to the early show at a Cape Cod Wave favorite venue, the Harvest Gallery Wine Bar. The very popular Harvest is now featuring two live shows every evening, so it’s sort of proof that live music is a formula for success on Cape Cod.

It’s successful because the Cape has great musicians like Jackson, who has a nice CD we just heard called, “Imaginary Journey.”

The second song on that CD, which is actually by the Bert Jackson Quartet, is this song, “Saint John.” Jackson composed it in 1981.
