Falmouth Main Street Spring Colors – Slideshow

Falmouth Main Street colors
Written by Brian Tarcy

FALMOUTH – Spring, finally, has sprung on Cape Cod. We offer proof from on and around Falmouth Main Street.

It’s taken a while, but here we are in mid-May and the weather is warming just as the world around us is greening up and blooming.

Early spring, as it goes on the Cape, did not exactly provide the kind of weather one writes poems about. Limericks maybe, but not poems.

But it seems maybe we have turned a corner. It sure looks that way anyway. The point is, it’s pretty outside.

The worst part of our least favorite of the four seasons on the Cape is over. The weather is getting nicer.

Soon it will be summer and we will be living, for several weeks, on the nicest place on Earth. So take the visual splendor of spring and run with it. Before long, we’ll be into the craziness of summer and all that entails.
