Fall Colors at Mill Pond Conservation Area, Barnstable – Slideshow

Mill Pond, Marstons Mills
Written by Brian Tarcy

MARSTONS MILLS – The Mill Pond Conservation Area is at the corner of Route 149 and Route 28.

It is hidden in plain sight right near a very busy traffic intersection.

But on a recent day with the sun hitting the trees at a glorious angle, I found a parking spot along the road and did a little walk to take in this spectacular view.

Cape Cod has proven over and over again to be an underrated place for autumn colors.
