Almost Mega Moon — Over Race Point Beach, Provincetown

PROVINCETOWN – In my opinion, a moonrise beats a sunset or even a sunrise hands down.

Tomorrow night will be a mega “beaver moon,” where the orb will be the closest to earth that it has been in 68 years.

That means the moon last night, over Race Point Beach in Provincetown was a mere reminder. But what a reminder it was.
