EASTHAM – Every time I go to First Encounter Beach, where the Pilgrims had their first encounter with Native Americans, I always wonder the same thing: Why in the world did the Pilgrims move on from here to Plymouth.
It’s so nice here.
Surely, if they saw a sunset they would have stuck around.
