Sunrise At Surf Drive Beach, Falmouth – Slideshow

Surf Drive sunrise Dec. 2021
Written by Brian Tarcy

FALMOUTH – There is nothing quite like a sunrise over the water, so Tuesday morning we headed to Surf Drive Beach and waited for the show.

It was subtle at first light, a streak across the sky. But as the sun actually rose from the horizon, that streak lit like, well, the star atop a Christmas tree.

That’s how we saw it anyway.

Although the early sunset these days is quite the bummer, the bright side is that sunrise is after 7 a.m., making seeing it easy and well worth the effort.
