PROVINCETOWN – The Shank Painter Pond Wildlife Sanctuary is a hidden gem in plain sight, with a small parking lot right off of Route 6 and an easily accessible trail.
On the day we visited, the sun seemed to be shining in one direction while it was less bright in the other. Still, with a quaking bog on a barrier beach, it was beautiful in all directions.
