NORTH FALMOUTH – Old Silver Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the Cape, so it was quite a surprise to find a nearly empty beach one recent night when I stopped to take these peaceful photos.
Normally, this Buzzards Bay beach with perfect swimming water temperatures is busy all the way through a setting sun.
But when I showed up just after sunset on a recent night, the crowd was gone and I had this calm scene nearly to myself.
Each way I looked was mesmerizing.
