Grays Beach Sunset – Slideshow

Grays Beach
Written by Brian Tarcy

YARMOUTHPORT – A sunset means the world is turning. It is almost spring. Here we go.

Although the Grays Beach boardwalk has been closed since last October’s nor’easter, the sunset from near the entry to the boardwalk was a show worth seeing on Tuesday night. Especially with temperatures acting spring-like.

The signs of spring are in the air. And the sunset time, now an hour later, is another clear indicator that the seasons are changing.

This spot in Yarmouthport is one of the best on Cape Cod, and the boardwalk goes over the fantastically-named Bass Hole. And while the boardwalk is closed, this off-season sunset was not crowded. But those who were there saw quite a show.
