PROVINCETOWN – It’s getting to be the time of year for parties on Race Point Beach. We attended one of the first of the season recently when we found this group of seagulls and terns frolicking in the sand and waves on a gray, drizzly day.
It was a perfect day for a party. This was, in fact, the the second best party of the day we attended in Provincetown, Earlier, we we went to the WOMR birthday party, where the activity at the party was pretty much the same.
