CHATHAM – We found a small parking lot off of Queen Anne Road leading to a hiking trail marked by a sign, “Town Of Chatham Conservation Area.” As we explored and found water, we were able, with later research, to deduce that we were on the Barclay’s Pond Trail.
It was another great random discovery in our continual exploration of the beauty of Cape Cod.
The area was green and empty of people, so it made for some very easy social distancing.
The trails were mostly flat and there were nice surprising water views.
