PROVINCETOWN – Part of the fun of strolling Provincetown’s Commercial Street any time of year is people-watching.
On Halloween, that fun is multiplied by the creative mix of costumes on display.
The outfits this year seemed particularly creative and festive–perhaps as a way of asserting that it will take more than a mere pandemic to dampen the sense of humor in Provincetown.
