Long Pond Wildlife Sanctuary, Barnstable – Slide Show

BARNSTABLE – There is a lot to explore at the Long Pond Wildlife Sanctuary, and I apparently did not get to most of it. But this small portion of 2.5 miles of trails that I was on is rather nice.

For one thing, it offered a fantastic view of Sandy Neck over Barnstable’s Great Marsh.



The portion of the trail I was on was an easy hike with some interesting views over water.

This is on the list of places I must return and explore more.
