BARNSTABLE – There was a low tide and little wind one recent morning when we visited the Scudder Lane Town landing and found a fisherman who was moving his boat to a spot down the road that offered slightly deeper waters.
We just sat and contemplated the day, watching the boat traffic go by in Barnstable Harbor, and recalling the words of the fisherman who said there are still plenty of bluefish in the water.
