EASTHAM – After driving from the snowless Upper Cape, I was somewhat surprised to arrive at Cooks Brook Beach and see a light layer of snow on the beach.
It was about 25 degrees out when I visited the beach recently in mid-afternoon. Standing on the beach in the biting wind was a quick, cold and beautiful experience.
I am by no means a fan of winter but I am a big fan of taking photos on the Cape in winter.
The scenery was as pretty as the air was cold. Heck, it was even prettier.
