CAPE COD – “It was their hair, the whole thing,” said Gina Eknaian of Dennisport, about what she noticed when she first saw the Grab Brothers 11 years ago. “Their look. You walk in and you’re like, what?!” she recalled.
The Grab Brothers, Larry and Marc, of Provincetown have a specific style that appears to have arrived on a groovy time machine from a vague hippie era between the release of Bob Dylan’s Blonde On Blonde and Led Zeppelin’s Houses of the Holy. They each have long, thick curly hair and they often wear flower power hippie clothes and hip sunglasses on stage.
