WEST FALMOUTH – It is poetry in motion. On any given windy day in the offseason or after beach hours during summer, a group of kite boarders can be found enjoying the conditions just off of Chapoquoit Beach.
From the beach, the colorful sails pulling the acrobatic kite boarders are a sight to see, and we were not the only observers watching the show.
And that’s the thing. For the observers, it was a show. But for the kite boarders,  as one  we’ve known for years told us, it’s a shared passion. From various walks of life and backgrounds, these folks gather on this beach and find a commonality in chasing wind.
