BOURNE – Our favorite fall hike on Cape Cod is at Four Ponds Conservation Area in Bourne.

And while we got there this year a bit past peak foliage, it was still as spectacular as we could recall from previous visits.



Here are a few photos from this recent visit to one of the most pleasant hikes on Cape Cod at any time of year.

And as a bonus we had a close encounter (using a zoom lens) with a beautiful swan.
