BUZZARDS BAY – The Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge is so iconic that when a train went over, even when it was the SEMASS garbage train, I had to stop and look even as the smell gave away what was on board the train.
The train going by meant that the bridge was down. This is not something that is normally seen by anyone who does not live near the bridge.
And so from Buzzards Bay Park, here is a video of the SEMASS train going by, and then of the bridge being raised back up.
It’s the little things in life that are the big things, and this was pretty cool.
