FALMOUTH – Usually a March snow on Cape Cod would be faced with a weariness we remember from past years, when it seemed like spring would never come. But we have been fortunate to have an almost snowless winter this year. Thus, the couple inches that fell last night felt almost welcome.
As we were walking along Main Street in Falmouth, past the shops and the anti-Trump protesters, even the birds stepped up their pre-spring songs today, signaling that a little snow will not delay the inevitable spring days ahead.
