BOURNE – Earlier this week, we were at the Cape Cod Canal near the Bourne Bridge watching a sunset when we were treated to a good look at a Great Blue Heron taking off on a fishing expedition.
It was a pretty cool sight to see, and we slowed it down to watch a second time in slow motion.
And, oh yeah, the sunset was beautiful as expected. But of course, you never know what to expect at a sunset.
It lived up to expectations.
