Wild Turkey With A Dozen Chicks – Video

FALMOUTH – We thought we were done with turkey videos, and had, in fact, moved on from the Great Turkey War of 2015.

But then a reader and friend of Cape Cod Wave, Dan Gallagher, who is visiting from Paris, sent in this video he captured on Katharine Lee Bates Road, about 120 feet from Palmer Avenue, of a wild turkey with a dozen chicks.

It’s amazing. These turkeys are serious. Clearly, they have reinforcements for new turkey gangs.
