Salty Air

Love, Waves & Territorial Osprey; 90-Second VIDEO Mashup

This is spring on Cape Cod. This is the calm before the tourists.

We criss-crossed the Cape and then edited together a minute and a half of the glories of spring. We found love being photographed in the dunes of Sandy Neck, an attempted osprey home invasion in Falmouth and a deserted Newcomb Hollow Beach with Atlantic Ocean waves in Wellfleet.

We heard peepers near a bog in Barnstable. And we saw a red kite against the blue sky.

For a few more weeks, almost all of the Cape is accessible. No parking stickers. No lines. No tourists. Just calm, unless you are a jittery osprey anxiously protecting your nest.
