Highly Suspect Plays “My Name Is Human” In Hyannis – VIDEO

HYANNIS – The guest list included dozens, while the line in the 20-degree weather waiting to get into the Highly Suspect show at the British Beer Company snaked way into the parking lot.

This was a big deal.  The band, all graduates of Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School, have been nominated for several Grammy Awards and currently have the number one rock song in the country. And they were back home.

The band is lead singer and guitar player Johnny Stevens, bass player and backing vocalist Rich Meyer, and drummer and backing vocalist Ryan Meyer. Rich and Ryan are twins.

Highly Suspect started playing in local bars on Cape Cod, and now they have the number one rock song in the country. And they came back to their roots for an amazing show. This is how superstars do it.

Here is that song, “My Name Is Human.”

As a comparison, since my little camera doesn’t pick up loud music all that well, here is the official band video for the song.
