Funktapuss in Mashpee – Video

MASHPEE – Here is some original get-up-on-your-feet dancing music from the Cape Cod’s great funk band, Funktapuss.

The band played Saturday night at The Lanes in Mashpee, and opened their second set with this original, “Soul Specific.”

The five-member Funktapuss – with Chris Santos on drums, Dan Fowler on bass, Tom Davis on guitar, Ryan Tivey on keyboard, and lead singer Latez Crowley – mixed in a great variety of covers, along with some originals, and had folks up dancing all night, because it was kind of hard not to move your feet to the infectious rhythms and beats.
