FALMOUTH – Congratulations to the Super Bowl-winning Clippers–the highlight of this year’s 53rd Annual Falmouth Christmas Parade! The cheers began long before the young men came into view. But once you could see them, the sound became more like a roar as the crowd showed their appreciation.
Thousands of spectators were lining the parade route as the winning team waved to the crowds from atop a giant D.P. Fuccillo Construction truck, fresh from their victory yesterday over Marblehead in the Division 2A State Championship game at Gillette Stadium.
The decisive win (34-13) capped an undefeated season. One hashtag we keep seeing sums it up #ClipperPride.
